A fan moves the existing air, providing a more comfortable feeling on the skin without actively lowering the room temperature.

For an actual reduction in room temperature, you need an air conditioner. This includes PortaSplit, PortaSplit Cool, or a mobile monoblock air conditioner.

Refer to the recommended room size for each model. Strong sunlight, poor insulation, attic rooms, high ceilings, large windows, and additional heat sources can increase the actual cooling demand.

A PortaSplit is a mobile split air conditioner with separate indoor and outdoor units. This means the compressor and a large part of the noise and heat generation are located outside the room.

The regular PortaSplit offers 3.5 kW cooling capacity, is designed for rooms up to approximately 42 m², and also has a heating function. The PortaSplit Cool offers 2.35 kW cooling capacity for rooms up to approximately 28 m² and can cool, dehumidify, and ventilate.

For the intended standard installation, permanent wall drilling is usually not required. The outdoor unit is positioned at the window using the provided bracket. The manufacturer's installation and safety instructions are decisive.

Not every window construction is automatically suitable. Before purchasing, check the window type, opening direction, windowsill, space conditions, and the secure attachment of the outdoor unit.

The regular PortaSplit has a heat pump function and can heat. The PortaSplit Cool does not have a heating function.

Yes. Both PortaSplit models can be controlled via the compatible Midea SmartHome app, as well as via the device and remote control, depending on the setup.

Yes. With a monoblock air conditioner, the warm exhaust air must be discharged outside via an exhaust hose. A suitable window seal can improve efficiency.

Both models offer 2.6 kW cooling capacity for rooms up to approximately 31 m². The WF version complements the classic functions with networked control options.

The model offers 3.5 kW or 12,000 BTU cooling capacity and is suitable for larger rooms. Additionally, heating, dehumidifying, and ventilating functions are available depending on the operating mode.

Condensation can occur during cooling and dehumidifying. Depending on the device and operating conditions, emptying or a drain hose may be required. Please refer to the operating manual for the respective model.

A fan usually does not actively cool the room air. However, the air movement can feel significantly more pleasant and cooler on the skin.

The AC100-20AR(WH) is an air cooler with multiple speed settings, remote control, and oscillation. It uses evaporative cooling but is not an air conditioner with a compressor.

Both models combine a tower fan and air purifier. The MFP-120i adds smart control and automatic adjustment to detected air quality to the basic functions.

Models with many speed settings, such as MFS242RDDW, MCF25GRB, or the MFP-120 variants, allow for particularly differentiated adjustment.

Unplug the power cord before cleaning. Clean the housing, grilles, filters, water tank, and removable parts strictly according to the operating instructions. Electrical components must not be immersed in water.

Both PortaSplit models each weigh approx. 40 kg and are therefore delivered free of charge by freight forwarder with Hermes 2-person handling. They are not sent as a normal parcel.

Mobile monoblock air conditioners, fans, and air coolers are shipped as parcels. If an express option is available for the product and delivery address, it will be shown at checkout.

Yes. If an order contains both a PortaSplit model and parcel items, the products may be delivered separately by freight forwarder and parcel service. This can result in different delivery dates.
